These Terms & Conditions explain the policies and procedures governing the use of our website and the purchase of our custom apparel and merchandise.

Allin1PressCo LLC specializes in personalized apparel and merchandise, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, jerseys, jogging suits, and other custom-designed products.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Submitting a custom order request does not constitute a confirmed purchase. All custom orders require customer approval of both the quoted price and final digital design mockup. Production begins only after these approvals and the required payment have been received.

Custom Orders & Approval Process

Allin1PressCo LLC provides custom apparel and personalized merchandise based on each customer's individual requirements.

Customers may submit a Custom Order Request through our website, providing information about the products, quantities, sizes, colors, artwork, and design preferences.

Submitting a Custom Order Request does not constitute a confirmed order or an obligation to purchase.

After reviewing the request, Allin1PressCo LLC will provide a personalized price quote and digital design mockup for customer review.

Customers must approve BOTH the quoted price and final digital design mockup before an order is finalized.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all design details, including spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and artwork placement, before providing final approval.

Production will not begin until both approvals have been received and the required payment has been successfully processed.

Any changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges or adjustments to the production timeline, subject to customer agreement.

Estimated production and completion dates will be communicated during the quoting process and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and material availability.

Payments & Pricing

Allin1PressCo LLC provides personalized pricing based on the type of apparel, order quantity, design complexity, customization method, and materials required.

All pricing is provided through an individual quote. Submitting a Custom Order Request does not guarantee pricing or constitute a confirmed purchase.

Payment requirements vary depending on the size, type, and complexity of each order.

Depending on the order, customers may be required to pay the full balance upfront or provide a deposit before production begins.

The required payment amount, payment schedule, and any remaining balance will be communicated to the customer during the quoting process.

Production will not begin until the customer has approved both the quoted price and final digital design mockup, and the required initial payment has been received.

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms before the completed order is released for pickup or shipping.

Additional charges for design modifications, rush orders, specialty materials, or changes in quantity will be communicated for customer approval before those charges are incurred.

All applicable taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed during the quoting or checkout process.

Production, Cancellations & Refunds

Allin1PressCo LLC creates custom apparel and personalized merchandise according to each customer's approved specifications.

Customers must carefully review and approve both the quoted price and final digital design mockup before production begins.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or a change in personal preferences.

Customers are responsible for confirming all details, including spelling, artwork, colors, sizes, quantities, and design placement, before providing final approval.

Any requested changes after production begins may be declined or may require additional charges, depending on the stage of production.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications, customers should contact Allin1PressCo LLC promptly so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution determined.
