Shipping Policy

PRODUCTION & DISPATCH

Every custom order has its own production schedule. We provide an estimated completion or dispatch timeframe with your quote based on apparel, quantity, design complexity, and material availability. Production begins only after you approve both the quote and final digital mockup and we receive the required payment. A date entered on a request form is a requested date, not a confirmed deadline.

SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP

Tell us whether you prefer shipping or local pickup when requesting your quote. Shipping availability, destination, service, costs, and any pickup arrangements will be confirmed for your order before you approve it. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact information.

DELAYS & DELIVERY QUESTIONS

If a confirmed dispatch date changes, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and any options required by applicable law. Carrier transit estimates are separate from production time. For a missing, delayed, damaged, or incorrect delivery, contact custom@allin1pressco.shop or 770-820-2384 with your order details so we can help investigate. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
