CUSTOM ORDER APPROVAL POLICY: This form requests a quote, not a confirmed order. You must approve both the quote and final digital mockup before production. Production begins only after both approvals and the required payment are received. Payment requirements vary by order and are stated in your quote. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded for change of mind, subject to applicable law.
