CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Allin1PressCo LLC creates custom apparel to your approved specifications. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded for change of mind, subject to applicable law. Before production begins, contact us promptly to discuss a requested change or cancellation. We will confirm the available options based on the status of your order and its quoted terms.

APPROVALS & PAYMENTS

You must approve both the quoted price and final digital mockup before production. Production begins only after both approvals and the required payment have been received. Payment requirements vary by order and are stated in your quote. Please review artwork, spelling, colors, placement, quantities, and sizes carefully before approving. Contact us promptly if you notice an issue.

ORDER ISSUES & YOUR RIGHTS

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or differs from your approved order, contact custom@allin1pressco.shop or 770-820-2384 with your order details and a description of the issue; photos can help us review it. We will assess the issue and discuss an appropriate remedy. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law, including rights relating to defective goods or required refunds.
